I joined Plant Therapy as Marketing Manager and was promoted to Director of Marketing within five months. What started as owning email, SMS, and social became full ownership of the $13M/year DTC operation. I manage a $150K monthly ad spend budget, a cross-functional team of 9+, and a mandate to rebuild the brand's growth strategy from the ground up.

So far, the customer mix has shifted from 87% returning to 65/35, primarily as a result of ad spend reallocation and improved creative efforts. The email list has grown by 175K net to nearly 500K active profiles, flow revenue hit $2.1M, up 28% YoY, and site CVR is up .52%.
